Job Description

  • Kiểm soát, điều phối các dịch vụ trước và trong thời gian diễn ra sự kiện.
  • Tìm kiếm, khai thác thông tin, lấy báo giá từ các nhà cung cấp sự kiện
  • Tiến hành đặt dịch vụ, làm hợp đồng với các nhà cung cấp
  • Điều hành, giám sát, sắp xếp phân bổ đầu việc cho các bộ phận liên quan
  • Giải quyết thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng, nhà cung cấp;
  • Tổng kết dịch vụ sau sự kiện

Job Requirement

  • Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 - 2 năm tại vị trí tương đương.
  • Am hiểu các địa phương, vùng miền trên toàn quốc.
  • Có khả năng đàm phán với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, khách hàng
  • Có ngoại hình ưa nhìn, khả năng ăn nói lưu loát, thuyết phục
  • Thành thạo ngoại ngữ là một lợi thế.
